We hope your holiday season has been filled with love.
As the New Year approaches, we have been doing lots of cleaning, sorting and getting rid of stuff.
This thorough kind of clean up is customary in Japan at year's end. The philosophy behind the clean up is that tidying up and getting rid of what is no longer needed allows space for the new to unfold.
I love how this can be applied not just to our physical surroundings, but in all aspects of our life that may need renewal. By releasing what no longer serves us, we make space for change and transformation.
What needs letting go of so that you can fill up the spaces in your own life with more love, inspiration and all that you desire in 2017?
Many blessings in the New Year ahead.
