What does "made to order" mean?
Right now, most of the merchandise in our shop is "made to order." This means that an item bought by a customer is not made until he/she places the order.
"Made to order" (also called "Print on demand") cuts down on material waste, since we know that whatever is being made will be shipped out and enjoyed by someone, rather than sitting in a large stockroom. This cuts down on material waste, and is an environmentally friendly practice.
Since we don't have a large stock of inventory sitting around, we are unable to return/ exchange "made to order" items at this time (with the exception of damaged or incorrect items).
Everything that is made to order is final sale, except for damaged or incorrect items. It will state in the product description if the item is made to order.

How do I determine the correct sizing?
Base your sizing decision on our size charts under each product description and not what you wear in other brand sizing.

How do I return an item that is damaged or incorrect?
In the case of damaged or incorrect items received, items will be replaced if we are informed within 30 days of purchase.
Can I return items that are not made to order?
Yes, if a product is not made to order, we will accept unworn, unwashed, with tags on merchandise for return or exchange. Returns and exchanges can be made within 30 days of purchase.
How do I return items?
For items that are damaged, incorrect or not made to order, please allow 2-3 weeks for your return to be received and processed. You are responsible for the shipping fees for returning your items and the original shipping fees are non-refundable in case of returned items.

When will I receive my order?
All apparel (t-shirts, sweatshirts, etc.) that is made to order takes about 2-7 business days to create and non-apparel (bags, mugs, phone cases, etc.) takes 2-5 business days for production.
Shipping time should be added on top of all these estimates, speed depends on product type and destination. If you're looking for an item to be delivered faster than USPS standard delivery, please contact us at email@example.com.
U.S. shipping ranges from 2 - 8 business days depending on destination.
At this time, we do not ship internationally.
