SHOP POLICY

We want you to love your purchases from Inspired by a Moment. If you are not happy with the quality of your order, we are not happy.

If you believe your purchase is damaged, defective or misprinted, please contact us immediately within 30 days to return. If your product is damaged or defective, we may ask you to provide a photo so that we may send the issue to our team.

Everything that is made to order is final sale, except for damaged or incorrect items. It will state in the product description if the item is made to order. For more information about Made to Order, read our FAQ page.

Please be sure to review all product information and sizing on each product description before making a purchase. For instructions on how to measure correctly, please go here.

We will gladly replace merchandise, give you credit on a future order or refund the full amount paid (less shipping charges) within 15 business days of receiving your order, beginning with the day you receive the merchandise, if your product is damaged, incorrect, or unused. Returns and exchanges can be made within 15 days of purchase.

To ensure that your return request is processed positively, please notify us through email at info@inspiredbyamoment.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will be in touch with you within 1-2 business days with further instructions.

We cannot refund, replace or exchange merchandise that suffered damage or misuse after delivery that was the result of customer handling, storage or treatment. We accept no liability for merchandise during unpackaging.

REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, credit on a future order or replacement of merchandise.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you would like to replace the merchandise or receive credit on a future order, we will contact you with further instructions.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE AND FREE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items or free items cannot be refunded.

CANCELLATION:
If you need to cancel your purchase for any reason, please contact us immediately.
We cannot refund or cancel orders after (1) hour of receiving your confirmation email.

SHIPPING:
You will be responsible for all shipping related costs for returns, unless the merchandise is deemed damaged, defective or misprinted due to a manufacturing error. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning an item, consider using a tracking service and/ or purchasing shipping insurance. Inspired by a Moment is not responsible for items lost in transit. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If you would like a refund, the same payment method used to purchase the merchandise will be refunded to you within 30 days of receiving the returned merchandise.

CUSTOM DESIGNED PRODUCTS AND SALE ITEMS CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES

✽ Please note that different screens will show our images with slight color variation. Our screen is regularly calibrated for color consistency. If your monitor is not calibrated, there may be a slight variation in color.
